EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November provides a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery for goods of a durable nature. Consumers and users must notify the seller of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the day you receive the products under the provisions of the Ley de Comercio Minorista del Territorio Español (Retail Trade Act of the Spanish Territory).
The maximum period for exchanging items due to size or colour issues is 14 calendar days.
Buyers are responsible for sending us the garments in their original packaging by registered mail, or by the courier service of their choice, including the product labels.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the withdrawal of the order or the return of the items. The price of the order will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase. The amount refunded with be that of the item and the shipping costs generated in the initial purchase (if they have been previously paid by the buyer at the time of purchase).
The customer assumes the cost of the return, except in cases in which there is a defect when it will be at the expense of Poète.
The method of delivery is by courier or ordinary mail.
In the case of special promotions with free shipping, the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
